Once payment has been received the voucher will be sent to your email and Erica will contact you to book in a time and date if you haven’t already done so through acuity scheduling.

Voucher Terms & Conditions

1. What the voucher includes
Your voucher can be used for any of our online golf-coaching services, including skill development, mindset coaching, wellbeing support, or personal performance coaching.

2. How to redeem
Simply contact us or use the booking link provided to schedule your session. All coaching takes place online for easy access from anywhere.

3. Validity
Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Please use them before they expire.

4. Cancellations
If you need to reschedule a session, please give at least [insert notice period] notice. Late cancellations or missed sessions may result in the session being forfeited.

5. Refunds & transfers
Vouchers are non-refundable but can be gifted to someone else. Once gifted, the new holder is responsible for booking.

6. Lost vouchers
If your voucher goes missing, contact us with proof of purchase and we’ll do our best to help.

7. Other details
